With ongoing management: what changed, what worked, and what comes next.
Each decision has a question, evidence, a review rule and a recorded outcome. Follow one illustrative geography pilot through the loop.

Where can the next budget increase go?
Excutia agent · diagnosis
The same Display ad runs in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Before moving spend, compare reported purchase cost with store orders, shipping and returns.
The question is about a budget decision, not which city gets more clicks.
Cheaper clicks would not answer it.
The useful insight is a measurement gap: a city-level platform lead only matters if we can compare purchase cost under similar conditions and check the economics behind those orders.

Excutia agent · insight
Make the comparison fair enough to inform an allocation decision; keep store checks in the review rule.
What would make us act?
Write the expected outcome and the alternative before the full readout.
LA case
Its reported cost per purchase is at least 10% lower, both areas pass 250 purchases, and store checks remain healthy.
Hold case
There is no actionable LA advantage, or store costs, returns or tracking raise concern. Keep the allocation steady.
These are decision conditions, not a causal lift test.
A bounded two-market pilot.
Keep the ad, offer and product page the same. Plan equal spend in each city area for 60 days, then allow reporting lag before deciding.

Review rule: 250+ reported purchases in each area, at least 10% lower LA cost per purchase, and healthy store checks.
Watch the signals. Keep the rule.
Excutia checks platform delivery and store data at each checkpoint. An early lead does not end the planned window.

San Francisco has not reached the 250-purchase floor. Continue the pilot.
Recommend a cautious LA increase.
After 60 days and reporting lag, Los Angeles meets the planned allocation rule. A client approves any live change.

LA's reported cost is 14.3% lower. This supports a budget decision; it does not prove location caused the difference.
The pilot becomes account memory.
Excutia keeps the question, evidence and decision so the next review starts with what this account learned.

Observed outcome
At equal spend, LA had 14.3% lower reported cost per purchase.
Interpretation
It met the allocation rule. The comparison does not establish causal lift.
We use AI agents to dig through your data and build variants. We decide what to test, check the numbers, and ask for your approval before anything goes live.
What does the free report cover?
You choose the focus: where your ads can scale, or where spend is wasted. Either way, you get the evidence behind each finding and the first tests we'd run. It's yours to keep, whether or not we work together.
What access do you need, and how do I give it?
Read-only access through official manager or partner links. It takes a few minutes, and we'll send simple steps after the call. If you'd rather not grant access yet, an export of the last 30 to 90 days works too. We never ask for passwords.
How is my data handled?
We use your information to provide the service you request. We explain access and retention in our privacy policy, and agree how account data will be shared before you send it.
What happens when a test loses, or can't reach a result?
It still counts. A losing test shows what not to do, and it's written down so nobody tries it again by accident. If a test can't reach a result, usually because there weren't enough conversions, we say so and plan the next one differently.
How long before I see results?
Your free report arrives within 48 hours of access. Tests take longer. We agree a review window and decision rule before each test, based on your conversion volume. The walkthroughs on this site run for 60 days; your account may need a different window.
What do you need from me each week?
Read the Monday readout, approve the changes you're happy with, and join a 30-minute review call once a month.
Do you replace my agency?
That's up to you. Some brands hand us the account. Others start with the free report as a second opinion. We'll talk it through honestly on the call.
Do I have enough volume for this?
Tests need enough conversions to reach a real result, and not every account has that yet. We'll check before we start, and tell you straight if testing isn't worth it for you yet.
What if I want to stop?
The free report is yours to keep, with no obligation. If we're running your ads, you can stop on the notice period we agree up front, and your learning log comes with you.
